Six wow items feet under the stars

So after not too long a gap My Passion came on, the dramatic effect of entrance being somewhat ruined by the fact they had already been on for 20 minutes setting up all their gear. To me they sounded, good enough to last maybe a year or two but i reckon they wont get past a second album.

If you want an idea of what they sound like think The Blackout with electronic backing tracks, alot of eye makeup and not as much talent.

Throughout the whole set, every single band wow gold member was doing their best 'look at me' impression. Dont get me wrong, theres nothing wrong with a cocky frontman.

but that aswell as a basist wow gold who thinks hes Gods gift to women and a guitarist who constantly fights them both for attention? Just too much.

Apart from anything else, they seemed odly out of sync. As in the frontman would come in screaming the chorus and 2 seconds later the guitar would come in. That may have been the point, but to me it sounded like they couldnt hear their instuments.

After ten or so songs that buy wow gear all sounded pretty much the same they eventually went off and the anticipation for The Blackout began

They opened with the first single from the album 'The Best In Town'- "Children Of The Night", a great crowd pleaser and a good way to set the bar for the atmosphere.

The whole set was a strong one, playing all of their best known and biggest tunes in order to get the circle pit going.

And of course who can resist Sean Smith's cute dancing and his beautiful Welsh accent.

A nice surpsrise was that for "This Is Why We Cant Have Nice Things" they bought on Josh Franceschi from YouMeAtSix, you sings some of the vocals for their most recent single and i must say he did a very good job of not getting upstaged by Sean Smith and Gavin Bain who are very charismatic and lively vocalists.

Their set was full of energy, with the usual whole crowd kneeling down and jumping for "Save Our Selves" and occasional fireworks and smoke macines.

They finished of a well rounded set with "Im a Riot Youre a Riot", which interestingly enough they finished with last time i saw them aswell.

Half an Hour wait and then the most anticipated band of the night, All Time Low, came on to hourds of screaming girls whereas all the hardcore fans slowly trickled their way out. There is no doubt that All Time Low have brilliantly catchy songs, know how to keep a crowd entertained with their banter between themselves and the audience.(I was extremely jealous when a boy from the crowd got handcuffed to Alex Gaskarth)

However, after the high energy of The Blackout, their set seemed almost a little flat. It didnt help my impression of them that they started and ended their set with the exact same songs as they did last time i saw them ("Lost In Stereo" and "Dear Maria Count Me In")

I hate to admit it, seeing as they are one of my favourite bands, but i have to agree with the hardcore fans; The Blackout should have been the headliners.
