How do you farm your gold in World of Warcraft? buy wow weapons I know that everyone has their methods, therefore, I decided to share one of mine here, in this report. So, here's a brief Cataclysm gold farming guide in 3 steps.

Step 1. For the first step of this short Cataclysm gold farming guide, you need to go to the following location. The spot is in Eastern Plaguelands, southeastern corner, at Tyr's Hand. It's a an undead encampment with Scarlet Crusade mobs. If you don't have an addon that displays coordinates, just download and install MapCoords.

Step 2. Once you're at Tyr's Hand, you'll notice that there are plenty types of Scarlet mobs here. All of them drop basically the same loot. The most valuable stuff from all the usual loot is the Mageweave Cloth, Silk Cloth and Undeath Essence. However, the Scarlet Archmages, which aren't very many though, have a chance to drop the formula for the Crusader weapon enchantment. That's a very useful and expensive recipe. You can make a lot of gold by crafting Scrolls of Enchant Weapon - Crusader or you can just farm it to sell it. So, grind on the Scarlet mobs here, focusing on the archmages and sooner or later the recipe will drop for you.

Tip: I farm here when I wait in queue for BG's or heroics.

Step 3. And the last step of this short Cataclysm gold farming guide is teleporting to the Auction House to sell the loot. Now, the formula sells for up to 3-4000g. However, I'm not greedy and I auction it for 1000-1500g usually. This way it doesn't wait to long in the Auction House. The rest of the loot, the cloth scraps, the essences and the green trash will also bring me a couple of hundreds, therefore this spot and this solution for farming gold in WoW isn't bad.
